ABOUT THE AUTHORS AND FOUNDERS ARNOLD MUSCAT Obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Business Management and Economics (UNISA). He also obtained a First Class pass with Institute of Marketing Management (IMM).

He has worked in the financial, sales, marketing, manufacturing, production and retail industries attaining positions of General Manager, Finance Director and Managing Director.

Arnold began using spreadsheets in the 1980’s when Microsoft Office was being introduced into the workplace and has been a continuous and progressive user of MS office and related programmes for the past 20 years.

JENNY MUSCAT Obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Business Management and Industrial Psychology. She also obtained a Diploma in Public Relations and in Real Estate.

She has worked in banking and foreign exchange, marketing, public relations, logistics planning, project management, operations in the transport industry and real estate attaining positions of General Manager and Director.

Jenny has been involved with project management for more than 20 years which included Rugby World Cup 1995 and World Cup Soccer 2010 held in South Africa.

Tutor Support

Our courses are instructor lead and Q&A, questions and answers are encouraged to ensure that the delegates receive personalised attention. We offer unlimited email support on the course material that was trained.

The course material can be customised to meet with a corporate requirement and revision courses are provided.

A printed or digital manual and any corresponding exercises are provided and the delegates keep them for every for easy reference.

Course and Technical Requirments

If the instructor lead training is conducted online via ZOOM, the delegates require a laptop or PC with Excel loaded. A stable internet is also a requirement.

When offsite training at a conference venue is provided, delegates may use their own laptops or one will be provided for the duration of the training.

Onsite training, at your venue, employees may use their own laptops, or one will be provided for the duration of the training.

How We Engage With Students

We encourage interaction, Q&A, for all forms of delivery, face to face classroom style or online (ZOOM) training. After each day a post assessment form is obtain and forwarded to the training organiser.

Certification

Electronic attendance certificates are issued for all Non-SETA accredited courses that a delegates successfully attended.
