Problem Solving Overview
This problem solving course is intended to introduce delegates to the skills of effective problem-solving in the workplace. Delegates are taught the fundamental skills of handling a problem, as well as how to have a solution-driven and creative mindset.
This one-day online problem solving course is filled with brainstorming and practical exercises intended to equip delegates with a creative and expanded thinking capacity, needed to tackle and face all obstacles within the workplace. The delegate will be trained on how to determine and investigate a problem at an early stage, as well as appropriate strategies in combating them.
Participants will learn how to identify common and technical problems, analyze data, draw conclusions, and make reasonable decisions on the basis of such judgment.
At the completion of this course, delegates will receive a manual and an attendance certificate, indicating their skills in technical problem-solving, which can be used as an advantage in job findings, interviews, and within the workplace.
By the completion of this course, delegated is expected to be able to: describe strategies for solving problems logically, examine strategies for defining the true issue of a problem, identify strategies for solving problems methodically, as well as examine business strategies for acquiring decision acceptance when problem solving.

This course is intended to help delegates to master Project Management, Communication Skills and other Leadership Training course.
We recommend that every delegate also take the Negotiating Skills course, Time Management as well as the Advance Communication Skills course, so as to make sure every participant is fully equipped for every challenging circumstance within the workplace.
